Über die Veranstaltung
Elena Markovska's summer recital places two Romantic imaginations in dialogue — Chopin's Polish and Todor Skalovski's Macedonian. Nocturnes, ballades and dances shrink to a whisper under the vaults of St. Sophia and then flare up again.
The programme belongs to the 'Ohrid Notebooks' series, in which the pianist explores Macedonian piano literature.

Barrierefreiheit
The main entrance has a small ramp and the floor inside is level. Two wheelchair spaces are provided in the last row. Flash photography is not allowed in order to protect the frescoes.
