Festivalteam
Ein kleines ganzjähriges Team, das jeden Sommer auf zweihundert Personen anwächst.
Das Festivalbüro arbeitet das ganze Jahr: Es plant das Programm, lädt Künstler ein, bereitet die Bühnen vor und kümmert sich um das Publikum. Im Juli und August kommen Techniker, Platzanweiser und rund 120 Freiwillige hinzu.
