Demo project
This website is a student project for the Business Practice course. Payments are simulated, no money is charged and tickets are not valid for entry. Historical facts about the festival are real; the programme, performers, staff and sales are fictional.
Accounts
You need an account to buy tickets. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity in your account. We may deactivate accounts that are misused.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include VAT. Online card and transfer payments carry a service fee of 50 MKD per order. Discounted tickets require a valid document at the entrance.
Reservations
Selected seats are held for 15 minutes during checkout. Box-office reservations are valid for 72 hours and bank-transfer reservations for 5 days, but never later than one hour before the event. Unpaid reservations are cancelled automatically.
Refunds and changes
Tickets are non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled or significantly changed, in which case the full price is refunded within 14 days. If an event is interrupted after more than half of its duration, it is considered to have taken place.
At the venue
Follow the instructions of the ushers. Latecomers are admitted at the interval only. Flash photography and recording are not allowed. The festival may refuse entry to visitors who endanger the safety of others.
Liability
The festival is not liable for personal belongings left at the venues or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
